Responsibilities

Support key People & Culture initiatives by documenting processes, mapping workflows, updating templates, and contributing to process improvement efforts across onboarding, engagement, and employee development
Conduct research on P&C topics and industry best practices to inform recommendations and advance continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with project management tasks – tracking deliverables, preparing materials, and collaborating with P&C Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to understand needs and develop solutions
Partner with P&C BP to analyze people data and trends to generate insights and propose enhancements to processes, programs, and the overall employee experience

Required

Enrolled in an accredited graduate program during their internship
Graduate students will need to maintain a 3.0 GPA or above throughout the internship
Demonstrated attention to detail and systematic thinking
Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks at once
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a positive, proactive attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated initiative and curiosity with a willingness to learn

Preferred

Enrolled in an academic program with focus in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
