Labor And Employment Attorney
Responsibilities
Represent clients in employment litigation and counseling matters in California and federal courts
Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, motions, and other litigation documents
Conduct and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials
Provide strategic advice on compliance, policies, HR issues, leaves/accommodations, and risk management
Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop effective legal strategies
Qualification
Required
Active membership in the California State Bar
2–8 years' experience in labor and employment law, with litigation experience preferred
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with a team
Preferred
Litigation experience preferred
