The Regional Director, General Manager for Texas Commercial Sales provides leadership and strategic direction for the Texas commercial sales organization, overseeing sales teams and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing sales organization by overseeing departmental operations, setting goals, providing coaching and performance feedback, supporting talent development, and participating in hiring decisions
Own revenue performance and P&L results for the assigned region, including financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and accountability for achieving sales and profitability targets
Develop and execute regional business plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and increase customer penetration
Drive continuous sales process improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness in partnership with Sales Managers
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, IT, and Sales Support to ensure seamless execution and a best-in-class customer experience from sale through delivery
Partner with Marketing and Product Management to execute promotional programs, advertising initiatives, and trade show participation
Represent the company in the marketplace by building strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and industry contacts
Contribute to strategic planning by providing input on pricing strategy, product development, market performance, and competitive trends

Required

4-year degree in business, marketing, sales or the equivalent in experience
10 years sales experience
3-5 years managerial experience
2-3 years of communications industry experience
Proven sales experience consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency
Valid state driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
