Semiconductor Maintenance Coordinator

They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to manage various aspects of maintenance, vendor relationships, and inventory tracking to ensure seamless operations. This role is key to maintaining efficiency and accuracy in daily processes within the Semiconductor Equipment Engineering team.

Responsibilities
Monitor gas supplies, manage inventory, and place orders to maintain uninterrupted operations
Submit daily paperwork, including purchase requisitions (PRs) accurately and on time, as needed by the team
Track the status of incoming parts and vendor services, ensuring timely deliveries and services
Input vendor information into Vendor Registration System (VRS) and manage relationships effectively
Act as an extra set of hands or provide vendor escort services as needed
Qualification
Required
Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
Experience ordering and tracking parts
Preferred
Experience documenting work instructions for preventative maintenance
Experience with MS Office products
