Haus of Portraiture is a high-end, multi-location portrait studio delivering premium experiences for families. They are seeking a Director of Operations & Client Experience to optimize studio operations, lead staff, and ensure a seamless client experience across multiple locations.

Retail

Responsibilities

Own and improve all studio systems, SOPs, and workflows
Lead, coach, and hold staff accountable across multiple locations
Manage schedules, payroll oversight, inventory, reporting, and budgets
Handle client escalations and protect a 5-star customer experience
Support sales and step in when needed
Ensure deadlines, targets, and standards are consistently met
Operate autonomously while keeping the Owner informed

Required

Proven leadership/management experience (service-based retail or hospitality a plus)
Strong understanding of operations, systems, and sales
