Responsibilities
Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks in guest rooms using a detailed punch list to identify and address issues proactively
Collaborate closely with the Rooms Division team to prioritize and complete maintenance requests efficiently
Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and report any major repair needs promptly
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards while minimizing guest impact
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 1 year building maintenance experience required, with hotel experience preferred
Good customer skills
Must have open availability Sunday - Thursday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM and holidays
Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry at least 50 lbs
