Human Resources Generalist
Kane Partners LLC is a growing manufacturing startup seeking an HR Generalist to help build foundational people and administrative processes. The role involves supporting full-cycle recruiting, managing HR administration, and establishing HR policies as the organization grows.
Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried manufacturing employees
Manage core HR administration, employee records, and compliance documentation
Help establish and maintain HR policies and processes as the organization grows
Serve as a go-to resource for employee HR questions and workplace policies
Support general office and administrative operations as needed
Partner closely with leadership to adapt processes as business needs evolve
Qualification
Required
Prior HR experience in a manufacturing environment (food packaging or related industries preferred)
Comfortable working in a startup or site build-out setting with evolving structure
Ability to manage both HR and administrative responsibilities with minimal direction
Strong organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
