Walmart Inc. is seeking a Manager I, Specialty Compliance and Ethics Compliance to join their Privacy Digital Citizenship team in Bentonville, AR. This role involves ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, managing ethical inquiries, and providing expertise on privacy-related matters.

Responsibilities

Performing scheduled and ad hoc audits based on government, third party, and internal resources to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, industry, and company standards
Managing the consistency of compliance and ethical questions and issues via inbox duties
Identifying, translating, and creating new communication templates for customer interactions and privacy request processing
Monitoring laws and regulations for specified areas; researching laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; drafting and updating policies and standard operating procedures with input from leadership
Identifying and reporting compliance concerns by identifying trends and concerns; collecting necessary data; creating reports on findings; communicating findings to senior management; recommending resolutions to the concerns; and supporting follow up with field and home office based on findings in reports
Engaging with assets and production support teams on the identification, tracking, and completion of tasks necessary to maintain compliance with required deadlines and processing SLAs
Researching proposed regulatory issues to serve as a subject matter expert to the business by managing tools and resources required to obtain relevant information

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office

Preferred

Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
Project Management Certification
Supervisory experience
