FASTSIGNS is a leading provider of custom signage and graphics, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to be the face of their center. This role involves building long-lasting relationships with customers, managing inquiries, creating quotes, and coordinating with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

Consult: Act as a subject matter expert for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries
Estimate & Close: Create detailed quotes and follow up proactively to win the business
Coordinate: Work closely with our Graphic Designer and Production Manager to ensure every sign is perfect and delivered on time
Grow: Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring they turn to us for every new location or event

Qualification

SalesCustomer Relationship ManagementProject ManagementCommunication SkillsOrganizational Skills

Required

2+ years of experience in a role where you managed a process from start to finish
Ability to act as a subject matter expert for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries
Experience in creating detailed quotes and following up proactively to win business
Ability to work closely with Graphic Designer and Production Manager to ensure timely delivery of signs
Experience in managing a portfolio of existing accounts
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage leads effectively
Comfortable talking to business owners and marketing directors
Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and ability to build relationships
Great listening skills, documentation, and organization
