Responsibilities
Support consulting and asset management: Assist in oversight of property operations and asset management for the client’s housing portfolio
Conduct market analysis: Perform market research, track indicators, and prepare informative market reports and presentations
Perform financial modeling: Reconcile financial data, complete monthly account statement reviews, and produce reporting packages
Contribute to industry research: Monitor industry trends, summarize reports, and support the creation of thought leadership content
Assist with project coordination: Track timelines, monitor project progress, and organize relevant project documentation
Prepare presentations and reporting tools: Collaborate with the team on materials for client-facing meetings
Support team operations: Organize meetings, maintain project databases, and contribute to the team’s operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Real Estate, Finance, Political Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
Critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desire to learn and contribute to complex, mission-oriented projects
Permanent U.S. work authorization required
