Summer Internship with Marketing Team at Connecticut Housing Finance Authority
Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) is a self-funded, quasi-public organization focused on alleviating the housing shortage for low- and moderate-income families in Connecticut. The internship within the Research, Marketing, & Outreach department offers candidates the opportunity to collaborate with staff, engage in meaningful tasks, and receive training that supports their career development in affordable housing.

Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of our mission, structure, and programs
Collaborate with multiple staff members
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Monitor your calendar and communicate conflicts as they arise
Connect with department point person weekly
Complete two projects - one individual and one with intern cohort
Engage in cohort activities which will include trainings and discussions
Qualification
Required
Ideal candidates are undergraduate students, graduate students, or recent graduates
Seeking candidates with: Interest in affordable housing, fair housing, or business
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage a variety of tasks
Comfort with Microsoft Office 365 applications
Openness to working with multiple teams throughout the department
Preferred
Preference given to majors or minors in marketing, communication, business administration, business analytics, public policy, real estate, urban planning, economics, finance, accounting, statistics, law and architecture
