Responsibilities
Actively support execution of business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business
Partner with hiring leaders to define candidate requirements and assist in creating effective job postings that attract applicants
Deliver full cycle recruitment (candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection) to the business, in partnership with Sourcing and other TA team members
Utilize various recruitment channels, such as our applicant tracking system, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc., to post open positions and proactively adjust strategies if desired applicant flow is insufficient
Assist stakeholders with conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities
Guide hiring leaders through the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is selected for the right role
Partner with hiring leaders and human resources peers to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders
Source passive candidates through platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience (1 additional year of experience required in lieu of every 1 year of schooling) required
1-2 years Experience working in human resources or recruiting/talent acquisition required
Knowledge of recruitment policies and processes including knowledge of equal employment opportunity regulations
Proficiency in leveraging communication technology (Teams, Zoom, etc.) for conducting candidate interviews
Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
Familiarity with passive candidate sourcing tools (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, ATS, etc...)
