Responsibilities
Lead audit engagements, including conducting interviews, reviewing documentation, preparing workpapers, and drafting audit reports
Partner with business leaders by facilitating opening and closing meetings and delivering clear, concise updates on project progress
Maintain strong communication with audit leadership, ensuring audit milestones and deadlines are met
Present audit and advisory results to management through written reporting and verbal communication
Build and sustain productive relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the organization
Contribute to the development of audit plans by supporting risk assessment and scoping activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
3+ years of relevant experience in auditing, accounting, business analysis, or program evaluation; Internal audit experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of internal audit standards, accounting principles, and business operations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and levels
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience guiding project work or teams
Preferred
Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CIA, or CISA preferred
