Experience in managing alternative asset investments
Strong understanding of private equity, real estate, public debt and equity, infrastructure, life sciences, growth equity, opportunistic, non-investment grade credit, real assets and secondary funds
Ability to create positive economic impact and long-term value for investors
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to obtain certain securities licenses if required for the role
