Responsibilities
Work with Client Account Management Team and Information Management Team via telephone and email
Answering high volume of incoming calls
Dispatching service requests to technicians and vendors
Running reports and following up on all service requests within your range
Data Entry
Processing purchase orders, etc
Qualification
Required
strong background in Customer Service
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent communication and people management skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
