Qualification
Required
Scrum Master certification
Strong expertise in JIRA, including knowledge of JIRA Horizon and familiarity with JIRA Align
Experience with multiple Agile teams
PI Planning experience
Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in Agile principles
Preferred
Ability to promote collaboration and encourage open communication
Experience in supporting Product Owners in defining product vision and managing product backlog
