Build relationships and provide excellent service to new and returning customers
Help customers understand product options and make confident decisions
Meet store sales and service goals with support from your team
Accurately handle cash and transactions
Keep the sales floor engaging by showcasing and demonstrating products
Qualification
Required
Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from all walks of life
Confidence in negotiating and problem-solving
Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first
Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math
Preferred
Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not required—training provided)
