Monitor networks and systems for security breaches, using software and tools to identify and respond to threats
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, and encryption technologies
Investigate security incidents and provide detailed reports with recommendations
Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices
Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technology solutions
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security compliance across all systems
Provide training and guidance to staff on cybersecurity awareness and practices

Required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred
Experience with SIEM tools and threat intelligence platforms
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001
Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
