Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing leadership to craft and execute a brand strategy with programmatic solutions that help us grow while also supporting best-in-class patient care
Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of high-impact marketing campaigns at the clinic level, and the corporate level, that focus on growing patient volume and building our brand
Provide solutions and support to clinic teams, offering programs and resources that help them grow
Collaborate with our shared services team to ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and we’re consistently pushing to develop new avenues of marketing growth
Monitor campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve ROI
Lead the marketing of new acquisitions and site openings, ensuring they deliver impactful results and align with long-term business goals
Continuously seek process improvements to manage your workload and ensure we’re running as efficiently as possible
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and consumer behaviors to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive
Manage clinic marketing spend and allocate budgets based on effective marketing strategies. Maintain accurate tracking and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, strongly preferred
You have healthcare experience and understand how to grow patient volume in a multi-brand, outpatient environment
You understand brand architecture and know how to expand the reach of a healthcare brand
You understand how to translate patient experience into volume growth
You're comfortable working in a smaller, high-growth environment
You're a creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation
You thrive in a collaborative environment and can manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
You have experience using data and analytics to guide marketing decisions and improve campaign outcomes
You're proactive, organized, and comfortable delegating tasks to focus on high-priority goals
You're skilled at mentoring and developing team members to ensure they perform at their best
