Responsibilities

Sort, file, photocopy, scan, print and transmit documents by fax or email
Investigate and respond to requests for information from accounting and front office staff
Check status of material returns and credits with vendors
Process cash and credit card sales from counter sales
Update records to accurately report receipt and transfer of inventory
Respond to requests for material test reports and order tracking
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
