Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide responsive, courteous service by scheduling, sharing information, and setting follow-ups
Post updates, track calls, & follow up with leads in the Salesforce CRM
Maintain and organize an executive Outlook calendar for a top-producing Loan Officer
Assist with scheduling, reviewing emails, and supporting Loan Officers in day-to-day functions
Package and mail closing gifts and handwritten thank-you cards
Assist with implementation and follow through of realtor/referral partner retention programs
Support Branch Manager and Branch Operations Manager as needed
Qualification
Required
Salesforce/CRM experience required
Experience working with a high producing sales executive
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-starter; comfortable working independently after training
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Project management capability
High school diploma required
Preferred
Social media and marketing background preferred
Executive Assistant or Transaction Coordinator experience preferred
