Responsibilities
Partner with art directors, planning account and other cross-funcitonal agency teams to provide creative, strategically sound solutions for client, in-house and new business needs
Able to confidently own simultaneous projects, beginning to end, within multiple workstreams
Write and reference promotional material without supervision - this role will have access to great creative managers and mentors, however a proven self-starter approach to work is a requirement!
Constantly look for new, compelling copy presentation
Clearly communicate information and direction to other writers as well as suppliers, freelancers, and editorial staff
Participate in client meetings and presentations
Present work in an organized and interesting manner
You know the goals of every program that you work on and communicate those goals to the team consistently
You understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations relevant to your audiences
Qualification
Required
Four year degree
6-8 years' experience
Creative agency experience, a requirement; pharma agency, a plus
Experience working on large, AOR / keystone accounts
Pharma and/or other regulatory brand experience, a huge plus!
Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles
Strong experience on large cross-channel and/or direct marketing initiatives across mediums
A people-first approach to both work and culture
Experience with online and offline media preferred
You are open to travel as needed
