Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Support payroll, benefits, and time management activities
Prepare basic HR reports and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for HR system support
Ensure HR process compliance and data accuracy
Qualification
Required
Experience or exposure to SAP HR, PeopleSoft HR, or any HR module
Basic understanding of HR processes
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
