Responsibilities

Manage multiple complex calendars, handling requests from internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate frequent travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
Prepare and process expenses reimbursements and invoices
Serve as the point-of-contact for the Board and Committees, coordinating attendance and meeting logistics
Manage all media and speaking requests for the executives, preparing timelines, briefs, and talking points
Support the association's annual events and conferences
Special projects and other tasks as assigned

Required

7+ years of executive support required; C-suite highly experience preferred
Experience collaborating with a Board of Directors and/or Committees
Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills
High level of detail orientation with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management and communication skills

A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
