Responsibilities
Work with partners and customers to develop top of funnel sales opportunities with Banking customers
Partner with Account SAs, Sales, BusinessDevelopment and service development teams to accelerate customer adoption of partner solutions through enablement, technical architecture, customer workshops
Evangelize partners’ value proposition internally throughout AWS and externally with customers
Establish AWS as the partner’s preferred cloud platform for financial services solutions and services
Work alongside the AWS Partner Development Specialists to develop extensive executive and senior management relationships within partner organizations and become their trusted advisor
Provide the architectural guidance and recommendations necessary to promote successful engagements with partners in AMER
Assist solution providers with the definition of technical strategies that will enable them to sell more of their offering on the AWS platform
Capture and share best-practice knowledge with our broader Solution Architect community
Share customer feedback to internal product management and engineering teams to help drive the future of AWS
Qualification
Required
10+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
8+ years experience working directly with Banking customers on cloud and AI adoption
10+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
Preferred
8+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
Experience working with consulting partners through solution alignment, account management, product management, program management and business development engagements
Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
