Director of Partnerships
Zus Health is a shared health data platform focused on accelerating healthcare data interoperability. The Director of Partnerships will be responsible for developing and expanding partnerships within various domains to enhance the Zus platform and drive customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
Develop new product partnerships within the AI workflow, EHR, CRM, analytics spaces and adjacent infrastructure (identity, security, consent, interoperability, revenue cycle, etc.) to expand the Zus platform and accelerate customer outcomes
Open new areas of the business by identifying and validating new partner-led motions taking them from concept to pilot and making this a repeatable motion
Grow existing AI workflow, EHR, CRM and strategic channel partnerships that expand Zus distribution and generate durable revenue and pipeline
Grow data aggregation partnerships, including Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), claims data providers, and other critical data sources to strengthen Zus’s connected data ecosystem while improving coverage and freshness
Identify and establish new data partnerships that meaningfully enhance the Zus offering (new datasets, improved connectivity, novel access models), and partner with internal teams to launch and operationalize them
Influence the product roadmap by surfacing customer and market insights to inform future feature development and ensure product-market fit
Represent Zus at conferences and meetings, building relationships and staying abreast of healthcare trends and innovations
Qualification
Required
You excel at crafting compelling presentations, negotiating win-win deals, managing complex processes, and conducting data-driven analyses
Whether you're a Senior Manager or a VP, you bring deep expertise and are eager to dive in and make an impact
You thrive in the fast-paced, sometimes unstructured nature of an early-stage startup and can independently drive initiatives to completion
You have experience working with payers and a strong understanding of healthcare products, particularly those involving data and analytics
You have experience driving channel revenue through referrals, resellers, and other strategic GTM approaches and you know how to operationalize partner enablement, co-marketing, and co-sell
