Responsibilities

Separate salable items from non-salable items according to specific department policy and procedure
Process salable items and prepare them for shipment to stores in accordance with specific department policy and procedures
Supervise the donation sorters in the assigned area
Be sure that productivity standards are being adhered to
Assist with the training and instruction of new and existing donation processors
Maintain communication with the Processing Manager about processing problems, Jubilee policies, and events
Report unsatisfactory workers and relationship issues to the Processing Manager. If the Processing Manager is not on duty and immediate attention is required, report to the Processing Director
Be part of staff meetings and team building
