The primary responsibility of the Account Executive will be to manage apparel jobs from style development through production, while also providing customer support and maintaining account needs.

Responsibilities
Create custom priced quotes for customers and provide a detailed timeline for projects
Propose product solutions, and present additional recommendations (Screenprinting, Embroidery and Promotional Products)
Process job orders and follow up on all production stages
Work with customer and art department to provide art mock-ups and proofs, and receive final approvals from customers on artwork prior to printing
Maintain daily customer account needs, resolve customer concerns, and resolve production issues
Stay up-to-date on current market trends

Strong ability to manage multiple projects at one time - good organizational and time management skills
Work well with others in a team environment
