Call Quest Solution is seeking an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Programmer to support Oracle EBS R12.2.10 production operations during a major upgrade initiative. Responsibilities

Provide technical and functional development support for Oracle EBS HCM modules
Develop, enhance, and support customizations and extensions
Partner with business users to gather requirements and create functional & technical design documents
Support production issues, enhancements, and upgrade activities
Complete all Change Management and SOX compliance requirements
Track deliverables and provide status reporting to management
Occasional travel (up to 10%) preferred

Qualification

Oracle EBS R12.2.xOracle HCM experienceOracle Development ToolsPL/SQLOracle RDBMS 19cExperience in SOX-controlled environmentsCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS
OR 15 years of relevant industry experience
R12.2.x Oracle EBS experience (development, production support, upgrades)
R12.2.10 strongly preferred
5+ years of Oracle EBS HCM experience, including: Core HR, Payroll, Pay elements & Fast Formula, Minimum 2 years supporting US Year-End W-2 processing, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Time entry rules, OTL Fast Formula, Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB), Absence Management (required), 3+ years experience with: Oracle Learning Management (OLM), Compensation Workbench (CWB)
Oracle Development Tools (5+ years): Forms & Reports, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Web-ADI, Workflow, SQL Loader, Oracle Developer 10g, Toad, SQL*Plus, UNIX
Oracle RDBMS 19c on Linux x86-64 (preferred)
Strong communication skills required
Must be comfortable supporting a high-visibility upgrade effort

Visual Studio / Azure DevOps (GIT / ADO)
