Set the strategic visual direction for high-impact digital campaigns that drive business results for our Ramsey Personalities
Partner closely with marketers, writers, and brand leaders to translate business goals and audience insights into cohesive, conversion-focused experiences across the full funnel
Concepting and designing landing pages and email flows to social content and paid ads
Balance data-informed decision-making, speed, and clarity with a high bar for creative excellence to ensure every design choice supports growth, performance, and brand integrity
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S
5+ years of experience working on digital marketing design assets
Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, email marketing, social content, and paid digital ads
Fluent in Figma and skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, delivering fast, high-quality work
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and still deliver excellence under tight timelines
Collaborate well with strategy and marketing teams and are comfortable owning the visual outcome with the team
Think like a marketer and understand clicks, conversions, funnels, and customer journeys, not just visual polish
Bring a calm, relational, and collaborative approach that builds trust across teams
