Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI-driven, agentic solutions that support T-Mobile’s business customers
Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to design, build, and improve production-ready features
Write, test, and review code while following best practices for quality, scalability, and reliability
Analyze system performance and data to help improve automation accuracy and overall user experience
Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and results through clear documentation and regular team updates
Qualification
Required
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
Benefits
Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
