Responsibilities

Drive the creation of intuitive, user-focused experiences that improve engagement between clients and healthcare professionals
Collaborate with research, UX, and cross-functional partners to gather user insights and translate them into effective design solutions
Define and organize information structures that support clear navigation and efficient task completion
Develop and refine user journeys, wireframes, and early-stage concepts to validate design direction through feedback
Produce interactive prototypes and visual assets to support product development and communicate design intent
Clearly present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders to gain alignment and support

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with Figma
