Responsibilities
Translate company strategy into clear, measurable OKRs at the company, team, and individual level
Build and maintain quarterly and 90-day execution plans
Establish and run the company’s operating rhythm, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences
Create clarity around ownership, accountability, and decision-making across teams
Design simple, outcome-focused employee scorecards that emphasize results over activity
Partner with functional leaders to oversee and improve operational execution across sales, consumer advocate, and fulfillment teams
Help ensure frontline teams are aligned with priorities, properly resourced, and operating efficiently
Identify operational friction, bottlenecks, or handoff issues and drive resolution
Support leaders in setting expectations, managing performance, and driving accountability
Act as a culture carrier by reinforcing ownership, transparency, and alignment with purpose
Support clear, consistent communication during periods of change
Serve as a thought partner to the CEO and leadership team
Qualification
Required
Experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or Chief of Staff–type roles, particularly in scaling companies or turnaround environments
Hands-on experience implementing OKRs, performance systems, operating cadences, and working cross-functionally with sales and customer-facing teams
Ability to translate company strategy into clear, measurable OKRs at the company, team, and individual level
Experience building and maintaining quarterly and 90-day execution plans
Ability to establish and run the company's operating rhythm, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences
Skill in creating clarity around ownership, accountability, and decision-making across teams
Experience designing simple, outcome-focused employee scorecards that emphasize results over activity
Ability to partner with functional leaders to oversee and improve operational execution across sales, consumer advocacy, and fulfillment teams
Skill in identifying operational friction, bottlenecks, or handoff issues and driving resolution
Experience supporting leaders in setting expectations, managing performance, and driving accountability
