Responsibilities

Exceptional leadership, collaboration, communication, and team building skills
Evolving a program organization that effectively addresses business requirements and incorporates the necessary internal and external sub-organizations and proactively solves issues
Leading and directing cross-functional execution teams to meet cost, schedule and technical performance objectives
Leadership of employees including mentoring, problem solving for all employees and functions supporting the product line (Engineers, support staff, contractors)
Measuring and reporting performance
Delivering presentations to executive management and other business stakeholders
Working with technical teams:
To design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test
Create, review and finalize the Statement of Work
To establish and manage the execution of the baseline
To develop and adhere to budget baselines utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost & schedule control methodologies and tools
To identify, allocate and manage resources, including workforce planning
To manage suppliers to meet business objectives
Ensuring the team understands and adheres to work scope and manages change through control board activities
Development and adherence to master plans and schedules
Conducting thorough risk & opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation and realization
Coordinate and collaborate with line of business management, strategy, business and finance, contracts and global supply chain, technology and engineering offices and functions
Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and functional organizations
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years, or Master's and 6 years' experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers and/or program management in other industries or closely related experience
Demonstrated experience in program and people leadership and the ability to lead effectively in a diverse team environment
Demonstrated experience establishing expectations and driving the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as either project lead, integrated program team or cost account manager
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Demonstrated experience with capture and strategy
US Citizenship required
Ability to obtain a current/active DOD Secret Clearance

Preferred

At least 10 years of industry experience in capture leadership, business development, and/or program management
Experience with Agile for Business tools such as Jira (Kanban) and Confluence
A current/active DoD secret clearance
