Responsibilities

Develop and execute multifamily-focused go-to-market strategies targeting owners, operators, developers, and management companies
Build and scale relationships with multifamily-centric installers, distributors, and channel partners to accelerate deployments
Identify, qualify, and advance new opportunities across existing properties and new developments, tracking all activity in Salesforce
Collaborate closely with partners to win end-user deals, staying involved from early planning through contract execution
Lead negotiations, partner training, and ongoing enablement to ensure successful, repeatable wins
Represent Loop at multifamily conferences, industry events, trade shows, and local networking forums
Stay ahead of market dynamics including building codes, incentives, utility programs, and competitive offerings impacting multifamily EV adoption
Coach and motivate partners and distributors to drive consistent performance and growth
Provide clear, timely reporting to leadership, highlighting pipeline health, wins, risks, and market insights

Required

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning new business in complex sales cycles
Proven success in sales or business development, ideally within multifamily, real estate, prop tech, or infrastructure adjacent markets

Clear, compelling communicator who can engage owners, asset managers, property teams, and technical partners alike
