Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years' experience in mortgage lending
2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, evaluate, and grow team members while fostering a positive, high-performance culture; effectively handles performance management and models organizational values
Advanced understanding of mortgage lending principles, LOS platform functionality, regulatory requirements (including RESPA, TRID, Reg Z, and HMDA), investor guidelines, and data integrity standards
Strong capability to analyze processes, workflows, and system issues; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to interpret data, troubleshoot system challenges, evaluate trends, and recommend solutions for optimization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across departments, present to leadership, interpret policies, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Skilled in managing system releases, implementing process changes, driving continuous improvement, supporting automation initiatives, and balancing multiple priorities in both fast-paced and quiet environments
