Responsibilities
Ensure that measuring and testing equipment is set/calibrated correctly
Check and test raw materials and parts from outside suppliers
Monitor the production process at different stages
Measure and report first article samples
Test products by observing or measuring dimensions, weight, physical or chemical characteristics against specified requirements
Keep accurate records of checks/inspections
Maintain quality service by following organizational standards and departmental processes and procedures
All supplemental duties, responsibilities, or non-essential requirements as assigned
Observe established safe working, housekeeping procedures and promptly correct and/or notify supervisor
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of 1–3 years of related experience required; 3–5 years preferred
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute positively to a collaborative work environment
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
3–5 years preferred
