New Grad, Entry LevelBosque Systems, LLC is seeking a Business Development Specialist to initiate sales lead strategies for their Business Development Team. The role involves researching and identifying potential business opportunities, generating leads, and collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and effective marketing of products and services.

Responsibilities
Research and identify potential opportunities for new business lines
Identify and generate potential leads through various channels such as cold calls, emails, etc
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to assess their potential for sales engagement
Set appointments and meetings for Sales Managers
Attend sales meetings, lunch and learn meetings and other face to face interactions with customers
Organize and maintain a digital marketing campaign
Organize and attend corporate market events promoting our products and services
Collaborate with the Business Development Team on lead generation strategies
Tracks all lead generation activities for management and documentation of activity
Track and report on key performance metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales support, inside sales, or lead generation is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with CRM software and lead generation tools
Strong research and data analysis skills
Goal-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business/ Marketing
Experience in Oil & Gas industry or other applicable industries
Knowledge of water treatment units and/or saltwater disposal operations
Knowledge of completions operations
Knowledge of Bosque Chemicals and Solutions
