Responsibilities
Owns budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, resource allocation, portfolio analysis, financial modeling, and key metrics development
Acts as a trusted advisor to Technology leadership on critical financial and operational matters
Analyzes large data sets to identify business insights and communicates actionable recommendations
Manages purchase order processing and invoice coding to the General Ledger, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
Tracks expenditures against department and project budgets and identifies pre-approved versus non-approved spend
Prepares and presents budget-to-actual and variance reports, including internal and external labor
Partners with Technology leadership to support business performance initiatives
Mentors team members and supports knowledge sharing across the Technology organization
Performs additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience with 6+ years of budgeting and forecasting experience, ideally in a Technology or IT environment
Experience with ServiceNow or a similar workflow system
Advanced Excel skills
