Social Commerce Specialist (TikTok Shop, Marketplaces, E-commerce Support)
Innerest Solutions / Yes Sales Inc is hiring a Social Commerce Specialist to manage and support operations across social commerce and marketplace channels, focusing on TikTok and TikTok Shop. Responsibilities
Manage and support TikTok Shop operations, including Seller Center workflows
Maintain and optimize product listings (titles, images, pricing, bundles, compliance)
Support affiliate and creator workflows (onboarding, approvals, tracking, coordination)
Monitor performance metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, sell-through, and AOV
Support TikTok Shop campaigns, promotions, and launches
Stay current on TikTok Shop updates, policies, and best practices
Evaluate which products are best suited for TikTok Shop based on price point, category, margin, and content potential
Identify SKUs that align with TikTok-driven purchasing behavior (impulse-friendly, value-driven, demo-able products)
Flag products that are likely to underperform on TikTok Shop and recommend adjustments (bundles, pricing, positioning)
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align product selection with platform trends
Support other social commerce and e-commerce channels as needed (e.g., Shopify, additional marketplaces)
Coordinate with operations on fulfillment methods, shipping thresholds, and issue resolution
Assist with product launches, SKU setup, and cross-platform rollouts
Support reporting, documentation, and internal trackers
Assist with administrative and coordination tasks tied to commerce execution
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of experience in social commerce, TikTok Shop, or marketplace operations
Hands-on familiarity with what types of products perform well on TikTok Shop (e.g., impulse buys, value sets, demo-driven SKUs)
Experience evaluating product–platform fit and flagging which SKUs are likely to succeed or struggle on social commerce channels
Comfortable working independently inside Seller Centers and e-commerce dashboards
Strong sense of ownership over assigned channels, SKUs, and workflows
Highly communicative — proactively surfaces roadblocks, risks, and dependencies early rather than waiting on leadership or other teams
Able to identify issues and propose solutions, not just escalate problems
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and execution-focused
Strong cross-functional communication skills with marketing, operations, and product teams
Interest in beauty, consumer products, and fast-moving platforms
