Responsibilities
Performance Analysis of Multiple Photovoltaic Module Technologies
The Solar Engineering Intern will primarily be responsible for evaluating solar module performance and degradation at multiple Clearway facilities in various climates
The Solar Engineering Intern will be assigned to an individual project and will present results to the team and leadership at the end of the internship on August 4th
Qualification
Required
First-year students in a degree program in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with an emphasis on renewable energy technologies
Experience in PV technologies and the theory of operation
Proficiency in data analysis and critical thinking
Strong user of MS Excel and other analytical tools
Intellectual curiosity and an interest in renewable energy
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable
Ability to work independently and take ownership over projects and assignments
Preferred
Experience in solar performance – test lab or related environment
Proficiency in measurement and analysis
Strong user of MS Excel and related analytics tools
