Responsibilities
Supports larger creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation for social-first campaigns
Complete research projects and other day-to-day requests
Assists in asset creation and deliver work you are proud of
Have a general knowledge of technology, user interface and visual design fundamentals
Stay current on latest industry and design trends
Maintain high quality on creative deliverables
Help develop creative content for digital platforms
Bring ideas to life with teams and junior copy writer partners
Work with and learn from a higher level Creative and other craft experts
Track and report on campaign performance, suggesting optimizations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising/Portfolio school
An engaging portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual ability and art direction craft
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After effect, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Adobe XD, and Figma
General awareness and understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns, mobile experiences, and social media landscape
Enthusiasm, big ideas and attention for details are welcome
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovation
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
You are passionate about the creative world and love to stay on top of the latest trends, strategies, and technologies as well as how competitors within the industry are doing things
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
Preferred
3-5 experience in an advertising or marketing agency preferred
Experience within the finance space is a plus
