In this role, you will support daily accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end close activities.

Responsibilities
Process Transactions – Accurately enter invoices, payments, and financial data into accounting systems including performing compliance on all incoming car deals
Reconcile Accounts – Verify and balance accounts to maintain financial accuracy and post car deals in the General Ledger
Assist with Month-End Close – Support reporting, journal entries, and financial reconciliations
Maintain Records – Organize and manage financial documents for compliance and auditing, including check the accuracy of business transactions
Support the Team – Assist with various accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations
Communicate Effectively – Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies
