New Grad, Entry LevelTim Dahle Auto Group is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their centralized accounting team. In this role, you will support daily accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end close activities.

Responsibilities
Process Transactions – Accurately enter invoices, payments, and financial data into accounting systems including performing compliance on all incoming car deals
Reconcile Accounts – Verify and balance accounts to maintain financial accuracy and post car deals in the General Ledger
Assist with Month-End Close – Support reporting, journal entries, and financial reconciliations
Maintain Records – Organize and manage financial documents for compliance and auditing, including check the accuracy of business transactions
Support the Team – Assist with various accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations
Communicate Effectively – Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies
