Responsibilities
Direct work assignments when required by Supervisor
Assist with training employees
Assist Supervisor with coaching and motivating team members
Assist in ensuring all productivity data is gathered and correctly reported each day
Encourage the development and implementation of process improvements
Ensure general Inspection processes and procedures are followed
Maintain quality service by following organizational standards and departmental processes and procedures
Observe established safe working, housekeeping procedures and promptly correct and/or notify supervisor
Execute all supplemental duties, responsibilities, or non-essential requirements as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience required; 3–5 years preferred
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Demonstrates exceptional reliability, dependability, and accountability
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute positively to a collaborative work environment
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
