Responsibilities
Drive the full sales cycle — from prospecting and identifying new opportunities to negotiating and closing deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers in the construction industry
Deliver product demos and presentations tailored to customer needs and workflows
Work closely with technical teams, marketing, customer success, and partners to support customers through sales and into onboarding
Qualify and manage leads, maintain updated pipeline and forecasts, and meet sales targets and quotas
Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market insights to position ACC solutions effectively
Support customer retention and expansion through collaboration with renewals and success teams
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of success in SaaS or technology sales, preferably with experience in the construction or enterprise software market
Strong ability to build and manage customer relationships from first contact through closing
Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to articulate technical value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused with a collaborative team mindset
Preferred
Understanding of construction workflows and cloud-based solutions is a plus
