Lead projects with the highest economic impact and visibility
Develop systems that our creators use to optimize their revenue within Roblox
Implement personalization platforms to enable our creators optimize their economy
Work with product, data science, and ML engineers to help refine strategy and requirements

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience developing and supporting highly available, large-scale systems
2+ years of experience leading large & complex projects
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field

Preferred

Experience working in the gaming industry, monetization or personalization platforms
