Responsibilities
Analyzing domain data and related business data in support of operational business initiatives
Working with business partners to create metrics that enable measurement of progress toward initiative goals
Ensuring that the proper data is being collected for those metrics
Supporting data integration and being a SME(Subject Matter Expert) for that data within the HCA Healthcare Intelligence Net(HIN)
Analyzing relative domain data and related business data to identify potential areas of improvement
Developing implementation strategies for improving data quality and data standardization
Building strong working relationships with business partners, project team and other teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree
7+ years of experience in relevant data domain and processes analysis
7+ years of experience in working with relevant health information systems
5+ years of experience in mapping health information system data into a business intelligence solution
7+ years of experience in healthcare
7+ years of experience in information technology
Preferred
Any relevant license or credentials are preferred
