Handle real estate and land use matters, including acquisitions, development, zoning, land use approvals, and related transactions
Advise financial institutions and lending organizations on real estate-related issues
Work closely with senior attorneys as part of a deliberate succession strategy
Gradually assume responsibility for existing client relationships and business
Contribute to business development and long-term practice growth
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in real estate and/or land use law
Portable book of business of approximately $150,000
Strong transactional and regulatory real estate background
Client-facing experience and a business-minded approach
Licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania (NJ a plus)
