Strong and capable Administrative Assistant
Full time availability
Based out of site office in Lowell, MA
Spanish speaking is a plus
Ability to work in a fast paced and multi-faceted environment
Solid telephone, verbal and written communication skills
Ethical professionalism
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to prioritize effectively
Ability to exercise good judgment
General office tasks
Leasing
Marketing waitlist management
Screening and recertifying tenants
Rent collections
Processing payables and receivables
Valid Drivers License
Preferred
Property management experience
Section 8/LIHTC experience
Familiarity with Yardi software
